After the Golden Temple and Jallian Wallah Bagh, Street food is the most important thing to experience in Amritsar. In the bazaars of Amritsar, you can find grilled non veg, Kulchas, parathas and Kulfis.
We had grilled chicken skewers in Amritsar streets from a street vendor’s cart. The rates are nominal, only rupees 100 per skewer, which is less than $2. The taste is mind blowing. We had 2 skewers each. The cart from which we had was named “Delhi Chicken Hub”.
Sarovar Portico Shri Nagar has a rustic appeal to it. It looks somewhat like a hunting lodge. It is located next to UN headquarter. Now let’s show you the property.

In this post I’ll be telling you about the lasagna you should definitely try whenever you visit Cyberhub in Gurgaon.
Chicken Lasagna
This chicken lasagna is served in a Pan which comes straight out of the oven and onto your table. Be careful while handling, it’s super hot. The top layer consists of cheese and is garnished with cherry and basil. The lasagna is made of minced chicken. It’ll melt in your mouth and have you craving for more.
If you’re in Agra and want to try authentic South Indian food, this is the place for you. Dasaprakash is a renowned pure vegetarian chain that serves south Indian food. It is located in Vibhav Nagar.
I tried the snack platter and filter coffee.
The snack platter
The snack platter has the following items:
Mini masala dosa (filling served separately)
Lemon Rice
Dahi wada
Coconut chutney
Spicy chutney
It serves one person. Absolutely loved the taste of every item in the platter and all the items complemented each other.
Filter coffee
Filter coffee is one thing you shouldn’t miss here. Their coffee is rich, strong and has some earthiness to it.
In this post I’m going to tell you about a pizza that had huge toppings.
Presenting, the Kukkad Patakha chicken pizza. It was loaded with:
Chicken tikka
Onion
Green chilly
The chicken was well cooked and the pizza was spicy. I love spicy food so I enjoyed the pizza. And last but not the least, the thin crust base made it perfect.
The Red colour of this mocktail matches with it’s name “The Barbarian”. Don’t worry, no one was harmed in the making of this mocktail.
It is an infusion of 3 main ingredients, rosemary, blueberry and ginger ale with loads of pinwheel ice. The ingredients compliment each other to give you a blast of freshness.
The Royal Cenotaphs of Bikaner are a great photography spot
The Royal Cenotaph is the cremation place of the Royal Family of Bikaner. Each structure is dedicated to one member of the Royal Family. There is a board next to each structure that gives you information about the person. The beautiful structure has intricately carved marble pillars which display legends of Lord Krishna. The oldest monument on the ground was installed in the honour of Rao Kalyanmal and the earliest is the one made for Maharaja Karni Singh.
The Dragonfly Experience is a lounge chain with outlets in Mumbai. Around June 2019, the chain expanded it’s presence by opening a Lounge in Delhi.
The theme is inspired by the Japanese comic world “manga”. This mammoth property spans 3 levels and has a mesmerizing Ambience. The lighting is dim and the music volume is on the lower side. One of the walls contains only giant dragonflies in various colours.
Even the menu has drinks named after “Manga” characters. The mocktail I had was called “Bulbasaur”
Now I’ll show you some of the dishes that we liked the most.
Drinks:
Shinigami: a gin based cocktail
Bulbasaur: A smoothie of banana, yogurt, passion fruit & orange juice
Dishes
Chicken puffsome: A melt in the mouth puff containing minced chicken
Gravy dimsums: chicken dimsums in a rich gravy
Crispy Chicken taco: the filling was heavy and it is huge in size
